Selected class members will participate in ten one-and-a-half (1 ½) day sessions during the 2015-2016 year.

Click here to apply online. To be eligible for consideration into the program, an application must be submitted online, and two letters of reference and a headshot must be emailed to leadmt@mtsu.edu no later than Friday, May 22, 2015.

Each year, approximately 35 candidates participate in the program.  Selection is based on leadership achievements and potential to contribute to the economic development and quality of life for the Middle Tennessee region.  The program’s goal is to select at least two participants from each county.  Participants will be chosen from a variety of occupations and levels of community and regional involvement.

LMT was founded in 1999, as an initiative of Partnership 2000, to contribute to future planned and sustainable economic and community growth and development in the ten-county area through the participation of business, community, non-profit, government and educational leaders.

Leadership Middle Tennessee is overseen by a regional board comprised of the Leadership Middle Tennessee alums, business, and community leaders. Leadership Middle Tennessee offices at the Jennings A.
