Congratulations to DarKenya Waller, Executive Director of Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, for being one of the five women honored at the recent 30th annual Academy for Women of Achievment, hosted by the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. DarKenya is an alumna of the LMT class of 2020. The other honorees included Dr. Glenda Glover, President, Tennessee State University; Diance Lance, Department head, Metro Nashville’s Office of Family Safety; Wanda Lyle, Community leader and past managing director and president, UBS Business Solutions US LLC; and Zulfat Suara, Councilmember at large, Metropolitan Government of Nashville/Davidson County. MP&F Strategic Communications was named the Corporate Honoree.
