Prospective Candidates
Admission Requirements
Leadership Middle Tennessee builds regional networks and lasting relationships. With an incoming class size of 35-40 each year, we reflect this promise by ensuring we have a diverse representation across our ten counties.
We take a wholistic approach in our selection process. The ideal candidate for this program has at least five years of management experience, ranging up to 20 years or more. We look for strong, civic-minded professionals from each of the ten counties we serve: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson. All ten counties are represented in each class.
Our participants are looking for a program that can help them expand their networks and deepen their understanding across the region so they can enhance their civic impact and career progression. Having your employer support or endorsement is highly recommended so your company can benefit from the concepts and connections you develop in the sessions.
